Systems Specialist

• Conducts audit to verify compliance to policies, procedures and internal controls in-placed.
• Identifies risks and opportunites for improvements.
• Check whether company’s interest are adequately protected.
• Prepares working paper that supports findings and observations.
• Conducts process documentation and prepare flowcharts.
• Prepare process manual as the output of process documentation.

    Description

    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
    • Proficient in English; Planning; Problem Solving; Thoroughness; Planning; Analyzing Information
    • Required Skill(s): communication (oral and wrtiten) skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, computer skills
    • No work experience required as long as a fast learner.
    • Those with relevant experience (not more than 1 year) specialized in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent is a plus.
    • Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and resolve problems with calmness and ingenuity.
    • Willing to travel (atleast once a week) or as the need arises.
