• People management, administrative tasks and monitoring of site individuals.
• Cater and address complaints and concerns of any related issues concerning the project sites.
• Site Admin assistants also manage records and the site warehouse.
• Other functions such as filing, copying, scanning, ordering supplies and overseeing and reordering supplies are also preformed. Also acts as a petty cash custodian and a liaison.
• Able to deal with pressures in the work place.
• Experienced employee and those male applicants with relevant site construction experience is a plus.
• Keen to details and flexible in terms of project location assignments.
• Good in oral and written English.
• Proactive and creates a positive experience for others (good inter-personal skills).
