• Performs emergency response related tasks in occasions of necessity as directed by the ERT.
• Performs various testing of Power Transformer.
Conducts Annual Preventive Maintenance of Substation, Power Transformer, MVSG, LBS, ATS, LVSG, and Capacitor Bank of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial buildings.
• Conducts Load Bank testing of Generator Sets of Ipowertest internal and external clients.
• Prepares Quotation or Service Offer of Ipowertest internal and external clients.
• Conducts hands on field installation, maintenance, and repair of critical equipment (facilities) within PPC managed buildings.
• Provides coaching and knowledge sharing to Building Engineer and Technicians assigned in every building.
• Performs technical investigation for shop repair return jobs to identify root cause of failure, corrective repair actions and lesson learned.
• Introduce the latest technology in repair methodology (thermal scanning as problem diagnostic).
• Provides technical consultation to Shop Operating Repair Units and Contractor Shop.
• Provide technical input for purchasing specifications including technical proposal evaluation.
• Liaises with Building Engineers, Consulting Services Department and other sub-contractor and manufacturers.
• Liaises with In-House Repair Units, Quality Assurance Units in PPC Contractors and vendors & manufacture in evaluation, developing and implementing shop repair work scopes.
• Develop and revises department’s technical procedures
• Performs tasks in accordance to the company’s QMS.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accepts other task as maybe assigned by the immediate superior in accordance to the need of the Department
• Promotes and enhances professional working relationship with subordinates, colleagues, superiors, clients, and other external parties as necessary on matters of mutual concerns.
• Actively participates and contributes to the development and accomplishment of division objectives.
• Creates and preserves the most favorable company image by conducting in all functions in the most ethical and fair manner.
