CCACongratulations CCA Skills Olympics Champion

CONGRATULATIONS to Jay Bagnol and team GBV & Colorado Dos for being the Champion on the recently concluded CCA Skills Olympics at TESDA during the Philconstruct on Tile Setting, beating out the different local contractors.
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) had their annual event “CCA SKILLS OLYMPICS” last June 6, 2015 at Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City.
There were two (2) categories that were participated; PSC fielded two (2) for Tiles Installation and another two (2) for CHB Laying.

The event had two purposes, the competition and NCII Certification. So even if the contestants failed in the competition, but if they were within the standard of TESDA NCII Certification, then they can have the certificate. The basis for which is, Quality and Quantity – the fastest yet had the best quality. Judges of the competition were Engr. Teddy Taray of TESDA and a Cemex Representative.
Last year’s event was participated by the MGF team and they also got the 1st place in Scaffold Erection.
