ACC Lagoon Redevelopment A 33,000 sq meter mall expansion of the Ayala Center Cebu in the Cebu Business Park . The project involved the redevelopment of the existing lagoon and the construction of the 13500 sqm Laminate Building, 6300 sqm Free Standing Building and the 13300 sqm Parking Building. PSC was also awarded the contract for the attendance and supervision of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Works.
