Formworks Department

The Formworks Department takes charge of formworks allocation,  supervision and inspection of projects. It is composed of Operations and  Logistics/Warehousing sections. The Operation section provides projects  the formworks layout and estimates, and ensures quality thru  supervision and inspection. The Logistics Section takes charge of  warehousing, maintenance, fabrication and repair of formworks.

The department commits itself to continuous improvement, so it  prioritizes research and development, and trainings/seminars for site  staff and workers. This ensures quality, safety and economy of our work.

The department prides itself of the over 20,000 sqm of formworks  systems. Different formworks systems are available, depending on the  type and layout of the structure, namely;

RMD Kwikstage system – for flat slabs or wide-span slabs, also for  beam-slab system, good for 3,000 sqm.
RMD Rapidshor system – for bigger size beams and slabs, needing higher  capacity formworks system, good for 6,000 sqm
Conventional H-frame system – for smaller, conventional slab and beams,  good for 8,000 sqm
Metal panel system – for foundation works, and tanks; good for 3,000  sqm
Ganged form systems – for columns and wall forms, good for 2,000 sqm
