PHI’s AVALON Tops Off

Avalon, the newest condominium project of Primary Homes, Inc. (PHI), is proud to announce the holding of its Topping Off ceremony on May 2, 2011.  Located at the Cebu Business Park and just mere steps away from the Ayala Center Cebu,

Topping off is a symbolic rite to declare the structural completion of a building. In the case of Avalon, the rate of progress was at two floors per month with Primary Structures Corporation (PSC) at the helm. The architectural and the last phase of the work are already ahead of schedule as Avalon nears the committed date of turnover.

The ceremony  was attended by Ramero Espina, PHI’s Sales Head, Archt. Jose Mari Canizares, Architect of Avalon, William Christopher C. Liu, Jr., CEO of Primary Structures Corporation (PSC), Paulette D. Liu, VP for HR and Admin (PSC), Stephen Charles U. Liu, President of Primary Homes Incorporated (PHI), Lillian Marie U. Liu VP for Accounting and Finance of Primary Structures Corporation (PSC). 

During  the cocktail  which followed at  the  pavillon,  PHI  made the affair more meaningful by pledging 100 scholarship grants to  SKILLS.  

SKILLS is  the School of Knowledge for Industrial Labor, Leadership, and Service, a TESDA accredited training and assessment center for voc-tech programs.  The foundation envisions to train and certify Filipino builders to make them globally competent.
